Decade Counter

Can any body Please Tell me How i make a decade counter with 74LS190 and what i do with those PRESET inputs and how i dosplay them on 74LS47

Please Help me out

The 74LS190 is already a decade counter without you having to do anything. The Preset Inputs are useful if you wish to establish an initial condition for the count. To display the output on a 74LS47 connect the LSB of the counter to the LSB of the decoder and so forth.
