Using a supply voltage of only 3V for an audio amplifier?

A TDA7052 is a little bridged power amplifier that works if its supply is from 3V to about 8V when it drives an 8 ohm speaker.
When its supply voltage is 8V then its power output is about 1W.
When its supply voltage is only 3V then its output power is only about 200mW. A cheap clock radio has more power.

thanks for a most entertaining thread. I love it when people are willfully ignorant, especially when they ignore others with significant knowledge who patiently explain the realities. I'm confident that no usable results will come from all this effort. Well, perhaps the OP will learn to sort out who knows what they are talking about and who manages to modulate sphinctor muscles.
