Or a question better stated (for my third post in a row) Can I use a mosfet driver to power my mosfet from a single supply source.

Hi,
Perhaps this will help you to choose the device.

You can easy switch the mosfet on and switch it off in short duration with single supply.
Simply choose the mosfet, and let the mosfet driver to drive it.
Mosfet driver is much faster and stronger than buffered logic or op-amps.
Please use the "mosfet selection guide" to choose your 90+Amp mosfet with various voltage and speed.

Example of drivers:
HIGH AND LOW SIDE DRIVER "IR2113" is up to 600V.
Dual Bootstrapped, 12 V MOSFET Driver with Output Disable "ADP3418".
"LTC1154" High-Side Micropower MOSFET Driver.
"MC33152" HIGH SPEED DUAL MOSFET DRIVERS.
"TPS2816, TPS2817, TPS2818, TPS2819, TPS2828, TPS2829"
SINGLE-CHANNEL HIGH-SPEED MOSFET DRIVER.
and much more.
