Dayton Motor

I bought an old 46-111 Rockwell wood lathe and the switch was broken. I bought an exact switch and found that all the wiring from switch to plug-in was rotten. I have the new wiring now, but can't understand which wires in the motor goes to which wires in the switch. Can someone tell me which wires from the motor goes to the switch and power cord? The Dayton motor is a 5k639f and the switch is Dayton 5x269.
Thank you!

Is there markings on the terminals such as A and AZ, or if its 3 phase U, V, and W ?.
