Looking into getting a card or the programming needed and build the device needed to get USB input and a couple of analog outputs too. What are my best or rather easiest way to get a signal onto the screen...

Im looking at a scaled signal from an RTD or a thermocouple device, or possibly a voltage 0-5v or 0-10v.
