Funnily enough I ordered on a couple of weeks ago from China, although it's not come yet. However, the signal on the red and yellow plugs is Composite, not RGB.

Dr_Doggy Well-Known Member Nov 10, 2018 #11 Composite aka RCA ... the yellow wire not to be confused with Component aka RGB ... 1 wire for each color also be wary of the capture cards, i bought 3 before i was able to get one with drivers post win98

Sort of, but not exactly RGB is a type of Component signal - but RGB isn't what is on American TV's which have sockets labelled 'Component', and accept Y, R-Y and B-Y.
