I'm not into Colloidal Silver or anything just want to ask how can they claim that this device can make constant voltage 30V and current say 15mA at the same time.

1. As stable voltage is responsible for particle speed (how fast you can make Colloidal Silver)
2. and stable current is responsible for particle size (the quality )

But in electronics you cant both stable, because you would just get short circuit as conductivity increases.

Any current regulator drops voltage or increases it to maintain stable current.

Any ideas?

I would use a voltage reference and a LM317L not a full board of funky components like they do.

constant current and coltage according to conductivity

SAY THAT THREE TIMES REAL FAST!!!
LOL

Darn typos.

The weirdos who drink colloidal silver and make their skin grey don't know anything about electronics so they say anything about how to make it.

They probably design ultra sensitive AM receivers to read brain transmissions also.
