I'm not into Colloidal Silver or anything just want to ask how can they claim that this device can make constant voltage 30V and current say 15mA at the same time.
1. As stable voltage is responsible for particle speed (how fast you can make Colloidal Silver)
2. and stable current is responsible for particle size (the quality )
But in electronics you cant both stable, because you would just get short circuit as conductivity increases.
Any current regulator drops voltage or increases it to maintain stable current.
Any ideas?
I would use a voltage reference and a LM317L not a full board of funky components like they do.
