Changing cctv ir led photocell

Hi, i have 3 cctv cameras that when it gets a little dark they adjust the shutter and go infrared mode.
I have round that the photcell is whats controlling this.
The manufacture (Chinese) has no idea to change or its value and not helpful.

Is there a way i can test what its value is and add perhaps a resistor or change it to a different one that doesn't turn on the ir / shutter till its darker?

Put a variable resistor in series with it.

That's why you use a variable one - try a 100K preset for a start
