Can I recharge button batteries with a series photodiodes

I saw a watch: Casio protrek 80 T.....this watch works with sunlight...No need change or charge batteries...It made me impressed

A watch uses hardly any current from the battery. It doesn't have a current-hungry radio transmitter.
