"Amateur Extra Class" is the only radio amateur license that comes close to the FCC First Class License. It's somewhat common for First CLass holders to also have an Extra Class ticket... but uncommon for Extra Class licensees to have a First Class license. There are some hams that value their Extra Class ticket over their FCC license!!!! Go figure!
