brake, turn, running lights circuit on dune buggy Help please

I just finished building a dune buggy and need to wire up the lights to function properly
could some one help me with the needed cicuit?

Cars use dual-filament bulbs to accomplish the running(dim) vs brake/turn(bright) function. How do you propose to accomplish that?

dim light should be able to be produced by using lower voltage to the led correct?

You can dim LEDs by using PWM or reducing the current, not voltage.
