Bluetooth - Multiple Recipients At The Same Time

A piconet comprises of a master and 7 slaves. So far, I've never heard of bluetooth being used in a way that a single cellphone can send a file to multiple recipients at the same time. If there is a way to do this through java programming, how? Or if not through java, is there any way to do this at all?
