hi, quick question,

In AMI or pscudoternary encoding do you always start with positive for the first non neutural bit?

Or does it depend on something that I'm not aware of?.

For example in AMI you might encode 01001101 as 0 , +V , 0 , 0 , -V , +V , 0 , -V and not as 0 , -V , 0 , 0 , +V , -V , 0 , +V
and for pscudoternary you might encode 01001101 as +V , 0 , -V , +V , 0 , 0 , -V , 0 and not as -V , 0 , +V , -V , 0 , 0 , +V , 0

I read somewhere that it depends on the number of quarks,
but I also read somewhere that it just always starts as positive first.
if it does depend on the number of quarks is there an easier way to memorize it as I would rather not start going into quantum physics :p

Regards, Tt
