I made an electronic card copied from the original card since the manufacturer of the equipment
no longer exist. Transitor and diode Parts are germanium type but still I am able to get these from
China. When I tested the the 3 fabricated cards will not regulate properly. The 2 cards will cause
overvoltage while the other 1 card will cause undervoltage. I would like to seek assistance
wht these cards wont regulate properly.
Attached is the schematic diagram of the card I made.View attachment 60687

A little more information would be useful, like:

1. what parts were replaced

2. Have you checked for proper orientation of the transistors, as well as type

3. When you say under and over voltage, by how much and

4. What is the input voltage to the power supply.
