I am building a seven segment display counter using the 555 timer, 7490, 7448 and the common cathode display. I have tried testing the output from the 555 timer but the pulses are just too fast and i don't know how to reduce it...i am using a 1M potentiometer...any assistance wud be appreciated..Thanks
