Anybody familiar with this test equipment?

Around town I found a used tektronix wave monitor type 528 and tsm-50 together for about 20 bucks. The only cord they had with them was the power cord.

Does anybody know what these are used for? If they could be used like an oscilliscope I might buy them whether they're working or need repairs.

Scratch that, I found out what they are. They're both waveform monitors and the TSM-50 is probably a Videotek TSM-50. Waveform monitors are used for testing video signals.. not as all-purpose oscilliscopes.
