I made this oscillator that I don't recognize as anything build already. Anybody recognize it?

Presumably you've just thrown a bunch of random components together?, and it's not an actual 'oscillator' type?.

Obviously the collector of Q2 through C2 to the base of Q1 is positive feedback, and it's likely to oscillate if you want it to or not

But there's a LOT wrong with it as a concept.

Yes and without C1 it doesn't oscillate.

Other than consume current, what does Q3 do?

It drives L2 for a possible transformer, but the oscillator needs some work first.

I can say I am a fan of cheap radio shack circuits.
