Hi, I am new to the site, can anyone help me with the wiring diagram, schematics for an automatic mains failure change over contactor / timer panel, 1 phase, plain home gen setup
They are usually microprocessor based because they cause the generator to start and have various stability requirements for voltage and frequency for re-starting. The system usually has generator exercising stuff on it too. The transfer switch MUST have mechanically interlocked contacts. www.asco.com may have some info on their site.
