Is it possible to use one line of ac lines instead of dc ground ?

It depends entirely on where the lines come from, and where they are going - but it's possible if both ends are suitable.

Ac is from a transformer and is used on ac motor.
Dc is from a dc adaptor.
with different user.

You need more information than that, EXACTLY what is at each end, accurate circuit diagrams would be helpful.
