Unfortunately, no..
Same requirement for Suzuki & they are not cheap (but cheaper than letting the dealer change multiple random parts to find a fault).

You could try mine, if you are reasonably near?

Having said that fortunatley there's nothing wrong with my Trooper at the moment, but I can reme,ber the time when it was gobbling up fuel injectors like there was no tomorrow

It’s the 3 litre model, if you know your cars I don’t think I need say any more.

Do you use your Tech 2 in line with your occupation or just personal use?

I’m not really into scanners, so can you tell me is the Tech 2 only good for certain cars, like it could not be used on a VW motor, just thought I’d ask since you own one?

They are pretty specific to the General Motors / Vauxhall / Opel and odd things like Suzuki and the Isuzu..

It is my own, bought to diagnose a problem on a relatives Suzuki which was continuously clogging the diesel particulate filter.

There are quite a few different vehicle-specific ones for the stuff only dealers can generally access; I have another unit, a VMCII, for older Fords (and apparently Jaguar / Land rover).

The little OBDLink MX with free software on a PC or tablet is fine for most things though, it can be used to read faults and reset stored faults in virtually any vehicle - it's only the "dealer" stuff or supposedly impossible mods that need the specialised interfaces; eg. I got the VMCII to retrofit the OEM hands free phone interface on a previous car.

My present Ford does not need anything special, the OBDLink and "Forscan" program can do anything the dealers can, if not more - as well as general diagnostics.
