8 bits RF?

The integrated ht12E just have 4bits RF, someone can make combinations and apply 8bits signal RF

Those are just crude remote control chips, NOT data transmission devices - use a proper data encoding device, RF Solutions do one. Or just do the coding in your software, check my PIC tutorials.
