7210 : GPIB driver

hellow everybody!

The previous message was posted by mistake, I'm so sorry.

We are working on 8 channel temperature scanner using microcontroller
89C51. At the transmitting side, ADC 0808 is interfaced with 89C51.
At one port of 89C51, we are getting digital data.

We are using IEEE 488 standard for interface between transmitting & receiving microcontroller.

We are getting information about 24 pin IEEE 488 connector, but are not finding any driver for it. We came to know about 7210 IC, but are not getting how to interface it.

Kindly give your guidance in this respect,

thanking you,
amavag

Can you offer a link to a datasheet for the 7210?

Do I understand that you wish to use the 8051 to implement the HPIB protocol? I think there are many better ways to move data between two microcontroller systems.
