63B45 and 68B45 / HD68B45 datasheet needed

i'm searshing for 63B45 and 68B45 / HD68B45 (graphics controllers i think for 68xx CPU) datasheets ... i can not found them on the web :?

Sorry but it's not the good datasheet. I have finally found the dataSheet for HD68B45. It's a CRT graphic controller. if any one need it just contact me (PM).
