on the datasheet, the 555 timer has a minimum voltage Vcc at 4.5V
i need to run the timer with a 3.7 aa battery, so im looking for a 555 timer with a lower minimum voltage operation
does it exist? Thanks
Anything with a "C555". A common one I often hear of is the TLC555, which is the same as an LMC555, only the TLC555 is made by Texas Instruments, and LMC555 is made by National Semiconductor. Then again, TI just bought out NS about a year ago, so they're pretty much one and the same now!
