3.3V-42V Hi-Side Current Sense IC

DOes anyone know of a high side current sense amplifier IC that can tolerate common mode sense voltage up to 42V, but can be powered by a 3.3V supply?

THe best ones I found so far are ones from Zetex that can tolerate 40V or 60V but require a 5V supply and one from Analog Devices that can use a 3.3V supply but can only tolerate up to 28V.
 
THat would only work low-side. Low side amps aren't a problem since then there is no requirement for high common mode voltage. I need high-side.

EDIT: Reading through data sheets it may be they can't do both your specs at the same time with any one specific device?

Yeah, all the low supply voltage ones I can find only tolerate up to 28V common mode. I'm not sure if it's due to the technology or not.

THese are the only two 3V supply high side ones I've found (one from you) and they seem almost identical...

Everything is exactly the same, package, specs listed, specs, down to the part names except the prefix matches the company that is selling it. Almost like a third party designed and made these and is selling them through these two companies and they copied off the same datasheet to make their own. How does stuff like that work with semiconductor companies?

Not sure how it works. Could be one company owns the design but licences it to another. There was a time when a design company would not utilize a chip unless there was at least a second source of manufacturing for it. Now a days that general rule doesn't seem to be used as much.
