I have an old toshiba eprom that I must copy. But for some reason the read binary file contains two identical characters in a row. And obviously the burned eprom won't work.
So I was wondering if there's something different with 27C128AD compared to 27C128 eprom. The 27C128AD is made by Toshiba, and I haven't been able to find any datasheets on it, or for 27C256AD. Does anybody know what AD stands for? Or where i could find a pinout for it.
The original eprom works, but I need to get the backup working too.
