256x Oversampled Hybrid FM Stereo Encoder

Hi Friends,
I am going to make a 256x oversampled FM Stereo Encoder. It needs micro-controller and DAC. Can you suggest a high speed pic micro-controller ic number for my project. Also what should be the clock frequency required. Both 19kHz (256samples/cycle) and 38kHz (256samples/cycle) need to be generated. Please help me. Thanks in advance

You should revisit the term oversample, then remake your post.
