20mV to 10V

Hi all,

Well, i want to build a circuit that can convert a 20 mV signal to 10V, they told me that is what is called a transducer amp.
Pls does anyone have a schematics for this or can help doing it cos i need it asap and i don't have much time to search..

And what kind of input and output impedances?. Perhaps it would be an idea to mention exactly what it's for!.

20mV.. i suppose that is a signal. hm.. maybe u can try comparator?

well, my friend want to connect it to the PLC....

Perhaps he meant converting a 20mA current loop to a 10V output.

use a 2 stage op-amp circuit. Fisrt stage inverts the signal with a gain of 50, the second inverts it agaon with a gain of 10. very simple
