Hello everyone,
I require help for building a circuit that can measure resistance (2 Wire Resistance Measurement between (0,1 Ohm..50 MOhm) of PT 100 using STM32. Please can you guide me with the design circuit?
Kind Regards,
Kunal

2 Wire Resistance Measurement between (0,1 Ohm..50 MOhm) of PT 100
That does not make much sense.

A PT100 temperature sensor will have a resistance of 100 Ohm at 0 degC, and 138 Ohm (from memory) at 100 degC.
Why on earth do you want to be able to measure from 0.1 Ohm to 50M Ohm ?

Hello,
Sorry for tying it with Pt-100, But in General i wanted to ask How can I measure resistance from (0,1 Ohm..50 MOhm) using 2 wire resistance measurement.

You need to know voltage and current and then do this hard eq.
R=U/I
