2-Switch Forward Isolating Transformer

Hello,

I'm working on a power supply and I need a transformer to use in a 2-switch forward topology. The transformer input will be right from the PFC which is about 385VDC from a FAN4801S PFC Controller. Self-oscillating gate drivers will control the gates of the transformer switching MOSFETs at 50KHz and about 0.45 duty cycle. I've been searching for a few days and most types of transformer I find are flyback type. The closest I could find is this one.

Also another question I have is, if I'm taking the 385VDC from the PFC output should I be looking for a transformer with approximately the same input voltage of 385VDC or take into consideration the duty cycle and look for one with approximately 385*.45 = 180VDC?

The outputs I'm looking for are:
32V @ 7A
16V @ 0.75A
8V @ 0.75A

I want to know if anyone has used a similar transformer and can point me in right direction. I've tried contacting different manufacturers but no replies from them.

You can not find a "off the shelf" transformer.
I wind my own.
You might be lucky and find one with a good primary. Remove the secondaries and add back your own.
