is it possible guys to make a oscillator which makes a 15734 hz frequency.

Im just to make this as a troubleshooting in repairing startup circuit in a tv circuit.

It is always possible to make oscillator, depends on how much you would like to spend.

On oscillator is simple to make, it all depends on how accurate and stable it needs to be!.

However, the frequency you've qouted doesn't make much sense?, 625 line TV runs at 15,625Hz, and 525 line NTSC runs lower.

Also, as a TV engineer for 34 years, I can't imagine a use for such an oscillator?.
