VGA help, need to build some kind of adapter

I know this is not the correct place for this, but maybe someone will know. I need to enable dual monitor mode (nview) but i wont have a second monitor attached.(Long story, but will be using remote software to view the second monitor display). The problem is, i cant enable duel view without the second monitor being attached. Are there pins that i can jump to fool the card into thinking a monitor is attached?

awesome actually I've wondered for years if those work or not... I've never quite gotten up the motivation to order a DB-15 connector and try it out, but there have been a few instances where I thought I might need one for something.
