i've just been given an ignitor off a suzuki bike to repair. the mosfet is goosed. problem is that the id has been etched so i can't tell what it is - anyone got any ideas?
U may have solution now coz i m replaying too late but i wana share my experience.
BJT D799 is commonly used for ignitor application just try it shud work fine.
