    The DSO kit will be low cost and performance, but should work.

    Most people don't realize you can use Audacity as a primitive 0-25kHz? 2 channel scope

    no but look at this and use AUX IN (1V) and scale externally if using greater voltages. Such as a 10:1 probe with 1M load.
