Well I just found on the microchip site some downloadable files very similar to the link L.Chung put up here a short time ago. I'm not sure wether this is well known by everybody so I thought I'd add the link for everybody.

I was having some trouble understanding the mplab simulator and after spending 20 minutes veiwing the simulator seminar I found out how to use the simulator. Anyway there's a heap of other topic's there so it's well worth a look.
