IR remote codes for Sony plasma TV's?

Hello, I am looking for the remote codes for Sony plasma TV's. I looked in the manual, but didn't find any codes for it.

What do you mean by 'codes'?. There's nothing like that which would ever be covered in a manual, or any reason for it to be.

Sony remotes use the SIRC's system, it's explained in my PIC tutorials.

By codes, I mean: what number(s) would you need to program the remote for the TV?

It's nothing to do with Sony, any such numbers are specific to the remote you're trying to use, and whatever number they choice to give.

For a Sky TV remote it's 0533 - but that's no use unless you're using a Sky TV remote (unlikely in the USA).
