how to use my old CR monitor samsung 56v

I have just now purchased a new LED monitor and the previous one that is the CR monitor Samsung 56v is idle!! Is there anyway of using it!! Because if i try to sell it goes for a very low price and i want to do some experiment with it!! can anyone help pls!!
