Another project i am not sure how to go on. I need to conrtol a custom magnet, coil device. Basically need to alternate between neg and pos voltages at adustable frequencies.(hope to do determine this freq on a pc) Have some pic16f628's laying around that i thought i would use in conjuction with some H-bridge drivers. Sound like a viable route? Any other ideas or suggestions are appreciated. Going to start breadboarding and playing today.
thanks

Bridge is perfectly acceptable and easy to implement.
Push pull topology might work as well.
