wiring diagram for 74193 ic

a need help for a wiring diagram or a 74193 ic using a 1kHz signal to produce two out put signals - a 250Hz and 125Hz

i dont even know where to begin...

Here is the datasheet.

Do you want very accurate frequencies or will close to 1KHz be OK.?:)

Start at reading the Datasheet and fundamentals of flipflops that constitute this chip
the datasheet is attached as ready ref for you
