WinPicProg what does this mean?!?

OK Guys

I got myself some fresh batteries, the wires are as short as possible so I decided to try the other SMT board.

IT WORKED :D :D :D

I think the first board must be broken or something but it all tests out fine. Everything that is supposed to be connceted is, nothhing shorts out..

The circuit is very simple at the moment as nothing is plugged in.

I would still like to know what is wrong with the first board... everything tests out fine!
