which evaluation board should i choose?

i need a evaluation board that send a 100khz chirp signal and can sample 400khz analog signal with ADC and then compute distance to target based on sent signal and Reflected signal.


witch evaluation board like Arduino, Raspberry pi, or Biscuit pc is suitable my case?
 
I do not have time to look right now.
Look for "DSP". They are good at analog study.
