i am doing final year project using vinculum ic.I need more information about ic.tell idea how is working.Is an programmer ic.

Why don't you go to the website and look at the data-sheet. You don't even say what IC you are wanting information on!

Gaspode24 It's got pins I Know I'm lost now. Any way it would be nice to know witch chip the OP is using I never could get why they would leave that part out.

The black stuff seems sqashed together and the pins extend at a bent angle .. seems damaged from the start to me I say!
