Version control software

Hi All,

I'm looking for a commercial Version control software.
With good support and reasonable price.

I have evaluated the following softwares:
1. Visual source safe.
2. Subversion.
3. Microsoft team foundation.

But I'm not able to finalize on a single software.
Please help me out.

There is lots of software around.

You could even consider some free software with a support package, assuming there is any.
