No. R3, R4 and R5.

R7, R8 and R9 are not needed and can be replaced with pieces of wire or some Veroboard tracks because the output transistors are emitter-followers that have very low base current.

R6 is also not needed and can be replaced with a piece of wire or a Veroboard track since it feeds the clock input of the CD4017 that uses no current.
