usb help needed

i have a usb hub but i have damaged the connector what goes from the cable (side where it goes 2 usb) to hub. i have VB, D-, D+, GND and +5v rote on the board. which way do i connect the wires ( red, black, green nd white) 2 the board?

USB wire colors are standard. Here is the description:

Red: +5V
White: D-
Green: D+
Black: Gnd.

yes, but whats the VB? (altho i think it was that pin wot was not connected)

I suggest not connecting it. Give it a try, and see if it works without.
