Urgent help [Egg timer]

Hey,
Can someone PLEASE get 3 egg timer circuits and break them down into input/out/process please?

Also: Explain how it works please
Also 2: Make the first one a like simple circuit, and then the second one a sort of harder curcuit and the 3rd one an even harder one (Not to hard, just slowly get harder please)

I'm really stuck :s

-I think best way to do this is paint? You an easily use their starit line tool thing to cut input/process/output and u can use their text box thing to explain how it works

Well, I won't do all your work for you, but here are some ideas:
1) Simple 555 monostable circuit which is all over the web.
2) Add switches for hard/soft boiled, 2nd/3rd 555s etc for sound effects.
3) Make an accurate crystal controlled one using the CD4060.

All the above is easily found using Google.

By harder do you mean you want the eggs to be harder?
