I'm looking for a good Up/Down 4-bit binary counter
I cant seem to find one that is still in production.
Any ones that are in production?
Model number?
Thanks

Well I found some... but it uses one input for up/down.
High for up
Low for down

how would I hook this up as I want one button that will engage up and one that will engage down..

This is one way to do it:

You could also use a 74HC193... TI and others still make them.

Here's a link to the datasheet from TI ...
