Ultra-sonic help!

Hi!
I am building a vacume robot. I want to build a pair of ultra-sonic range finder sensors to avoid obstacles:confused: . Would you please help me doing that?:eek:
 
but i couldnt get anything from them.
I need some schematics for Transmitter and Reciever.
Please help! realy confused.
