sir ,

i have 21" bpl color tv at home and have a desk top pc.

is it possible to convert tv to use as monitor for pc.

No. It does not have enough resolution.

it is possible but not easy to build.
i hope you can fudge ahead from this site?
if not you have allot of questions to ask because i am not 100% sure of it

You can get a VGA to composite converter but for only a little extra you can buy a quality 19" LCD VGA screen, so why bother ?

If it's an HD TV then there'll be no problem with the resolution.

RGB(computer) to PAL(TV) converters are many and cheap.

Might be 'many' but they aren't cheap - and the quality is pretty abysmal, with resolutions less than standard VGA.

21" BPL color TV is not HD TV. It seems kinda old analog receiver.
